We provide construction management services in two phases:
- Pre-construction
- Construction

During the value analysis process we think outside the box to enable you to achieve your goals within your budget. Early involvement of the construction team benefits every aspect of the project.
During the pre-construction phase, we provide planning and scheduling, estimating, value engineering and constructability reviews, purchase long-lead items, develop and monitor the budget, and pre-qualify subcontractors.
During the construction phase, we buy all required material, arrange subcontractor services, build your facility, and ensure your facility is fully operational. The success of this approach relies on the continuity of the team from pre-construction through construction.
